All homes have four or five bedrooms and three to four bathrooms. Each home has a three car garage. Homes are priced between two million dollars and four million dollars.
Perazul: This development was built by Talyor Woodrow Homes, Inc., between 2000 and 2001. There are 98 single family homes in Perzaul. Architectural styles include: Mediterranean, Tuscan and Spanish. There are three unique floor plans to choose from with square footage raging from 3,800 square feet to 4,400 square feet. Homes have either three or four car garages. These homes have spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, Newport Coastline, Catalina Island and evening sunsets. Home prices range from 3.7 million dollars to five million dollars.
Strada: This development was built by Brookfield Homes in 2000 and 2001. There are just 42 single homes in this neighborhood. The architectural styles in Strada include Mediterranean and Tuscan. There are four home plans to choose from with square footage ranging from 3,000 to 4,000 square feet. Home plans have options for two to three bedrooms and 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms. This is one of the most photographed neighborhoods in Newport Coast.
