The Priceless Luncheon

 

The Priceless Luncheon will be held on Saturday, September 7th.  The Priceless Luncheon supports efforts to end human trafficking and will educate guests on how human trafficking is an issue in Orange County. 2nd Annual USC Alumni Club Summer Bash

 

The local Orange County chapter of the USC Alumni Club is having their 2nd Annual Summer Bash on Sunday, August 25th. This year’s bash is being held on the sand at the Newport Aquatic Center. Tickets include free kayaking and paddleboard rentals. A Hawaiian meal will be served. Other entertainment will include a critter show, a balloon artist, face painting and much more. There will be traditional fair games and sand games. The event is open to all Trojan Alumni and friends. Bring your swimsuits, packed coolers and sunscreen! The event gets underway at 11am.

 

Newport Beach is beach front city with a population of approximately 110,000 residents. The city includes Corona del Mar, Lido Island and Newport Coast. Summer Concert Series 2019

 

The Hyatt Newport Beach Summer Concert Series is underway on Friday evenings. The concerts begin in July and run through October, culminating in a special Sunday brunch concert featuring Damien Escobar and Eric Darius. All the performances will be held at the Back Bay Amphitheater. The next concert in the series will take place on Friday, August 16th and will feature musician Boz Scaggs.

Lido Isle is part of the city of Newport Beach and is connected to mainland by a bridge. Lido Isle has approximately 850 homes with Mediterranean architectural style. Aqua Lounge Oktoberfest

Second Thursday Showcase

 

When you are preparing to sell your home, let in as much natural light as possible. Clean the windows both inside and outside, remove the screens and clean those as well. Next clean the drapes, curtains and blinds. During all showings and open houses, let the natural light, day or night. Natural light makes the house sparkle and feel warm and inviting.

 

 

The Second Thursday Showcase is back at the Lincoln Experience Center. The next Second Thursday Showcase will take place on Thursday, October 12th.  The event begins at 6pm and ends at 8pm. This month features artist and photographer, Stephen Bryer, with a gallery on this signature style: Modern Floralism. There will be light refreshments and drinks on the center stage. As the days get shorter during the fall, lighting a home for open houses and showings is very important. Outside, light up the house numbers, your house won’t sell if people can’t find it. Light up sidewalks and the driveway, so potential buyers make it safely to the front door.  Allow in as much natural light as possible, by drawing blinds and drapes. Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce Chamber Blood Drive

 

Let the natural light pour into your home, especially during a home sale. Begin by cleaning the windows both inside and outside. Clean curtains and drapes, then when re-hanging them, pull them back, so that natural light fills the home. Clean the blinds and leave them pulled up during showings and open houses.

 

 

The Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce Chamber Blood Drive with Hoag will be held on Tuesday, September 19th from noon to 5pm. Yoga At The Shop
